Shipping Policy

Made to Order, Then Shipped

Every 10S LIFE item is printed on demand by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Your order goes into production when you place it — nothing is pre-printed. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, and your order ships as soon as it's finished.

Delivery Time

Total delivery time is production plus transit. Once your order ships, transit within the United States typically takes a few business days depending on your location and the carrier. Orders are shipped via USPS or another carrier of Printful's choice.

Shipping Costs

Shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay — no surprises. Oregon has no sales tax, so the checkout total is the product price plus shipping.

Where We Ship

We're US-focused at launch and ship throughout the United States. If you're outside the US and want 10S LIFE gear, email us — we'll let you know if we can make it work.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can also check status from your account dashboard if you have an account.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged:

1. Check your tracking link for the latest status
2. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
3. For damage, include photos — damaged items are covered under our Return & Refund Policy
4. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because orders go into production quickly, we can only change an address before the order ships — contact us right away if you spot a mistake. We aren't responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and reshipping a returned package due to an address error is at the customer's cost.
