This website is operated by 10S LIFE ("we", "us"), operated by Jon Griesser in Tigard, Oregon. Through this site we sell tennis apparel and gear. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Accounts

You can shop as a guest; an account is optional. If you create one, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use of your account
• Take responsibility for activity under your account

3. Products and Pricing

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
• Oregon has no sales tax, so the price you see is the price you pay, plus shipping shown at checkout
• Every item is printed to order by our fulfillment partner, Printful — product images are mockups, and the finished item may vary slightly in placement and color
• We may change prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time
• We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion; if we do, you will be refunded in full

4. Orders and Payment

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline
• Store payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number
• You agree to pay the prices listed at the time of your order, including shipping shown at checkout
• If payment fails, the order is not processed

5. Shipping and Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for production times, carriers, and tracking.

6. Returns and Refunds

Because every item is made to order, our return terms differ from off-the-shelf retail. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, logos, and designs, including the 10S LIFE name and marks — is the property of 10SLIFE or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it without our written permission.
